Are children under 16 allowed to ride?
Yes, children under 16 are allowed to ride. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or an adult over the age of 21.
Do you provide bike locks?
Yes, bike locks are provided to secure your rental ride
Are helmets included with the rental?
Yes, a helmet comes with every rental at no extra cost. We'll fit it for you before you leave, and you're required to wear it while riding in Miami.
Can we ride on the sidewalks?
Yes, sidewalks and bike lanes are permitted for riding. You must still obey the traffic signs and laws, that includes red lights and stop signs.
Can my child ride with me on the scooter?
Yes, in the event the child is unable to operate a scooter on their own
How does the rental time work?
Rentals are billed by the hour, half-day, or full day. Pick your window when you check in, and you're charged only for the time you actually ride.
